From the client:
You and team were great to work with and everything from an AV side went very smoothly. We appreciate the expertise and efficiency you add to the event.

“The ParaTough Cup is a half-day corporate challenge in which teams compete in Para sport and get to know Paralympians through a fireside chat.”
Participants are given the opportunity to wear someone else’s shoes for an afternoon and to discover for themselves the thrill and challenge of competitive paralympic sports. They currently host multiple events across Ontario, BC, Alberta and Quebec.
Rocky Mountain Rollers Wheelchair Basketball Society provided wheelchairs for the event.
The ambient reflective gym could have been challenging given that some of the presenters were unable to hold handheld microphones. This led to wireless lapel microphones which needed to be expertly managed to eliminate feedback issues.
Since the client needed to utilize the gym spaces for the competition, seating was quite close to the jumbotron. It is located quite high in the space, so to prevent patrons from craning their necks, we augmented the visuals by flanking the stage with screens on either side. This ensured everyone had visibility of the visual content.
Up-lighting was used to reinforce this clients brand colors.
Participants had a blast, you could tell when the event wrapped that they felt satisfied after pushing the limits of their bodies in unimaginable ways.
